New to Fulltiltpoker and was wondering if they had a phone number for customer service to get ahold of them? If not... I am trying to receive a money transfer from a friend and it keeps declining it. I am completely signed up and validated my email address. Just wondering why it wont let the transfer go threw?
They don't have a number. You'll have to email and it will take about a week to get everything straightened out. I recently had issues with them as well, and had to email them. If your friend doesn't have a fully validated account, including name, address, DOB, last 4 SSN, etc I don't think it let's you do the transfer.
